Rates are per night for each villa, are in US dollars and subject to change without notice. Rates are before additional 10% service charge and 13% government tax. Optional a la carte services such as food/beverage and event services available at additional charge.

Policies
Policies are subject to change at anytime and traveler’s/trip insurance is recommended.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your dates. Full payment is due by October 1 for December stay dates and 60 days prior to arrival for all other stay dates. Cancellations: Full refund less 10% administrative fee for cancellations received at least 120 days before arrival date. After 120 days before arrival If villa is re-rented for same time period we will return net monies received less 30% administrative fee. Payment by Wire/ACH is preferred but we also accept MasterCard/VISA (fees may apply).
No pets. No smoking inside buildings. Children of all ages are welcome. The maximum guest occupancy applies.
